San Juan - Paso Leon - Laguna Colorado - After breakfast, we will start our journey by going through a military post at Chiguana. Continuing with our trip we will stop at Paso de Leon, Lion Pass, to observe Volcano Ollagua, which is currently mildly active. We will stop at Lagunas: Caņapa, Hedionda, Chiarcota, Honda and Ramiditas, to have lunch and observe three different kinds of flamingos: James, Andino and Chilean. In the afternoon we will arrive at the beautiful Laguna Colorado, 'Red Lake'. Dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

Alota - Uyuni - La Paz - We will have a full day of travel from Alota to Uyuni today. The terrain and views on the return are constantly changing and you will have several stops to explore, stretch your legs and take photographs. Our final visit will be a train cemetery before arriving back to Uyuni, where you'll have time for a shower and a pleasant meal before boarding your overnight bus to La Paz. (B,L)

La Paz - Early morning arrival in La Paz with a chance to catch the Andean sunrise over the city. Free afternoon to relax, last minute shopping, visit museums or take an optional tour of Bolivia's most famous ruins, Tiawanaco. Farwell dinner. (B,D)

La Paz - Out - Morning transfer to the airport for your connecting international flight. Extra days in La Paz or Trip extensions to other regions can also be arranged.
